i have just installed a fresh copy of win XP professional on my compaq presario, and when i try and connect to my wireless router i get a "limited or no connectivity." when i try and "repair" in network connections, i get this, ""windows could not finish repairing the problem because the following action could not be completed: Renewing your IP Address"" i tried to reset ip config in cmd promt, and re set winsock settings. noone on Major Geeks can help me with this one and i tryed everything that comes up on google for help with this problem. my bootleg copy of win xp pro worked on my network, i need help!!! =}1 person needs an answerI do too

WPA 2-personal. its a cisco linksys model:wrt120n. im not sure what DHCP server is. i enter the password with out hiding characters so i no i got it right.

yes, it is set to give out ip to workstation.
